Self Care Workshops

During this 60 minute self-care workshop you will be lead through a foundational and invigorating vinyasa flow followed up by a 15 minute post yoga discussion focused on self-care tips, with each monthly workshop focusing on a different topic.
Each month we will have a different self-care tip workshop, and reflect on throughout the month. We encourage you to come with an open heart and ready to move your body for each of our workshops. This monthly hosted workshop will encourage and support your mind, body, and soul.
