When I first tried ground turkey, I thought it was the worst thing I ever tasted. Now, I can’t get enough of it. What I love about ground turkey is it is so versatile. It makes the perfect substitute for ground beef in any dish. Although there are lots of ingredients, this recipe has become a staple item on my monthly menu because it is so easy to make. I find that ground turkey needs to be seasoned heavily because it is bland which is why I created this spice blend. The spice blend can be made a couple of days before to save time. I triple the recipe and have the spice blend in a jar in my pantry. I am a firm believer in meal prepping earlier to guarantee you success during the week. It is very important to not overmix the meatloaf. This will cause the meatloaf to fall apart and will be tough. 10 servings
